After washing, apply to damp mid-lengths and ends, massage gently, comb through. Leave 2 to 3 minutes, then rinse.

Towel-dry. Wearing gloves, apply strand by strand to mid-lengths and ends. Leave 5 to 10 minutes for intensity. Rinse.
