Extract derived from the peels of Italian oranges and mandarins: precious parts of the fruit usually considered superfluous within the agri-food distribution chain. Citrus peel, on the contrary, is a rich source of bioactive compounds such as: Polyphenols (including Hesperidin) with antioxidant action: they protect the keratin structure (both at cuticle and cortex level) against damage caused by free radicals (weakening, breakage, and loss of shine).
