Apply morning and evening to targeted areas such as hips, thighs, buttocks, waist, and arms. Massage in circular motions until fully absorbed, stimulating microcirculation for enhanced toning effects. For thighs and buttocks, start from the feet and move upwards. On the abdomen, use gentle pinching motions before massaging in circles along the hips.
